We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help. While returns aren’t generally accepted, please contact us within 7 business days if your order arrives defective or damaged so we can make it right.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually cancel it and issue a refund—just reach out right away. Once shipped, orders can’t be canceled.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Sale or promotional items may be non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns.
