Returns

We accept returns on unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. We recommend keeping original packaging until you are certain of your purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they enter the shipping process. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the transaction.

Exchanges

To keep our fulfillment process efficient and timely, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with our return policy.

Final Sale

Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during specific promotional events are not eligible for return.
